In Indiana, transportation waivers for children with disabilities are available through Medicaid Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers, primarily the Family Supports Waiver (FSW) and Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver. These programs provide funding for transportation to approved services. Specialized transportation is also available for school-aged children through an IEP.
