RVR provides candidate screening at no cost to business and RVR’s expert personnel are knowledgeable in tax credits that may be available for hiring our applicants. Personnel have an established relationship with prospective applicants and are available to ensure job success and retention.

Job Seekers with Disabilities

When a person selects RVR as their employment service provider, we match them with jobs based on employment goals, skills, education, and experience. Placement services are individualized but all jobs are community-based, permanent part-time or full-time, and start at a competitive wage. We provide employment support after job placement to optimize success on the job.

Employment Specialists

RVR’s professional Employment Specialists are certified as Employment Training Specialists and as Benefit Information Network Personnel (Social Security benefits profiling/planning).

Program Services

RVR’s Disability Employment Services program adheres to rigorous internationally recognized standards and are accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). We are proud to share these summary comments from our 2011 CARF survey, “Employment Specialists are clearly focused on providing timely and efficient placement services to the persons served. They maintain a close relationship with employers and are readily available to address any on-the-job needs of persons served as seen by employers. The organization believes in the power of work and this was evident at many placement sites. One person served stated that River Valley Resources provides the bricks for individuals to build their own houses.”
