As soon as a job seeker enters the front door of a WorkOne Center, it is crucial that they are provided value-added services. RVR defines a value-added service as one in which new skills or knowledge is provided to the client. RVR’s case managers provide services that ensure every customer has the opportunity to know their skills, improve their skills, and obtain a job which best matches their skills.
