Management Team
Margo Olson, Executive Director
Ms. Olson co-founded RVR in 1990 and has made numerous contributions to Indiana’s workforce development system since 1978.  She has a Master’s Degree from Indiana State University and is a Certified Compensation Professional as designated by World at Work, a professional association for compensation, benefits and total rewards.  Ms. Olson is an experienced manager and leader.

Bobbie Bryant, Participant Management Information Systems (PMIS) Manager
Ms. Bryant has more than 25 years of experience in managing PMIS for workforce development related programs.  Under Ms. Bryant’s leadership and guidance, RVR has never enrolled an ineligible customer nor failed to comply with reporting requirements imposed by local, state or federal funding sources.  Ms. Bryant is also a certified Global Career Development Facilitator.

Molly Dodge, Director of External Affairs
Ms. Dodge has been employed by RVR since 2007. She was previously Director of External Relations for the Rivers Institute at Hanover College and a consultant for Woodburn, Kyle & Company. Molly has a B.A. from Hanover College, an M.A. in Philanthropic Studies and a Master of Public Administration, Nonprofit Management Concentration, from Indiana University-Purdue University.

Helen Johnson, Director of Disability Services
Ms. Johnson is a 30-year veteran of the employment, training, welfare-to-work, and workforce investment field.  Prior to joining RVR in 1997, Ms. Johnson was a program director for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.  Her extensive management experience includes supervisory skills (which encompass team-building expertise) and the ability to forge working partnerships that bring real resources to benefit populations served.  Ms. Johnson is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator.

Tommy Tabor, Director of Marion County Operations
Mr. Tabor currently oversees the day-to-day operations of RVR’s Marion County office, programs, and staff.  Mr. Tabor joined RVR in December 2010 with more than 11 years of nonprofit management experience under his belt.  Prior to joining RVR, Mr. Tabor held leadership positions with the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development (IACED) and the Indiana Coalition on Housing and Homeless Issues (ICHHI), two statewide nonprofit trade associations that were founded to represent and support organizations that serve low-income and disadvantaged populations.  Mr. Tabor is an Indianapolis native and a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) where he majored in Urban Affairs.  Mr. Tabor also holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a Master of Public Affairs Degree from IUPUI.
