 • Rose Pate, Director of Human Resources, is responsible for the review and  submission of all job postings and resumes.  She has been employed by RVR since  1988.

 Rose has over 30 years experience of administering comprehensive personnel  programs, and recommending policies, regulations and practices for carrying out the  programs.  She also administers a system of employee service records and other  personnel records, records all transactions including hires, dismissals, disciplinary  actions, meritorious commendations, changes in wage or other changes in status, etc.

        Ms . Pate also negotiates and otherwise procures benefit programs on behalf of  agency employees, including health care, disability, pension (or profit sharing)  programs, life insurance, etc., insuring competitive rates for maximum benefit within  budgetary and other constraints.

        She also manages recruitment and other aspects of the hiring process, including  but not limited to orientations of new employees.
